Our classes are 50 minutes long unless otherwise stated or arranged with the trainer. * Independent Workout Time needs to be pre arranged and a 24 hour notice has to be given. It is only available to regular students of The Hundred & More Studio.
*Teacher’s Discussion Time is for Pilates Teachers who would like to deepen their Pilates training by experiencing Gratz Equipment and learning more about the Classical Pilates Method.
*Mini Workshops are for everyone who likes to deepen their knowledge about Pilates. We will put out quarterly dates and announcements of the upcoming subject.
